South Maui SUP Lessons

Join us for a private introductory lesson in the serene and sheltered waters of Makena Bay. Within just 30 minutes of instruction, most guests find themselves confidently paddling! Your expert instructor will guide you in honing your technique while sharing insights about Maui’s rich marine environment, ancient geology, and natural history.

As you paddle, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of Haleakala summit, Molokini Crater, and South Maui’s scenic coastline, all while enjoying a full-body workout.

This experience is tailor-made for first-time ocean enthusiasts and beginner paddlers, offering a 2-hour adventure. Pricing is as follows:

– $249 per person for a Private Tour (1 Person)

– $149 per person for a Private Tour (2-9 people)

A guest must be 5 years old to participate

What to bring:

Sun Screen (SPF 30 or higher).

A full water bottle. One liter or larger – please help us reduce our environmental footprint by bringing a re-usable bottle.

A hat with a brim.

Beach shoes or flip flops.

Sunglasses with a neck strap such as “Chums” or “Croakies”

Swim suit or swim trunks.

Rashguard. (optional)
